I have just finished watching the third season of Arrow on Netflix, and I have to say, it was AWESOME!! I loved it as a whole but I specially liked the acting and the the villains. I know it sounds really weird, but they were so carefully inserted into the plot depending on the characters' personal lives. Like when Slade comes back, Oliver kinda realizes that he DOES love Felicity.
I also really liked that the 2nd season had a massive revelation, like Malcolm Merlyn is Thea's father. 
I hated(in the good way) when Moira, Sara/ Canary, Roy/ Arsenal and Thea/ Red Arrow died (even though the last two didn't actually die, their deaths were faked (Roy) or were brought back to life (Thea) ) because I got emotionally attached, so I cried a lot.
In conclusion, I really liked the series and I can't wait to see the next season.
